Nice big room

The staff was very helpful and friendly specially the house keeping with Mr. Walter. Clean room, nice location and coverd parking.

The late check in I waited one hour to receive the room key from the reception. It was so annoying.

The location of the property is excellent and it is in the heart of Juffair.

The property has been renovated recently I believe and the rooms have become smaller than before. I know this quite well because I have been staying at Ramee Palace hotel since 2012.

The place not suitable for families since there are more than one night club there and the visitors are coming from every where and there are a lot of unethical views everywhere in the hotel. Also I found difficulties in finding a car parking because occupied by people outside the hotel coming for night clubs. I don't feel safe with my family and I will never book in this hotel and don't advise any one to do booking there.

The staff needs to be more proactive. The bell man he don't know how to operate the tv. Check out time receptionist took long time and keep me waiting.

I like the property. However beds needs to change as it's not comfort.

Location and staff are excellent, rooms are comfortable. Airport transfers were on time and exclusive to us, management apologising for issues on a previous visit - this is good and shows the management not only care about the customer experience, but are sensitive to feedback. Well done.

Noise from building works starting at 6am each day, although to be fair we were advised of this on check in and there are notices up throughout the building. Fridge missing from room.

The ambiance and infrastructure are pretty good. The rooms are massive, so you will certainly feel like you are living in a big family living room. There is enough space for a medium sized family to fit in. i would highly recommend for anyone going in groups. Nearby Juffair mall is added value to this hotel.

Some of their establishments are poorly managed example - Swimming pool, Spa, Bar's etc.

Breakfast cannot by any stretch of the imagination be classed as full English/Irish, unless that means a continental spread with the option of popcorn chicken. Airport shuttle advertised on their website as free, however we were charged 4BD, driver was late for pickup time and we then had to drive to another Ramee hotel to pick up further passengers who were also probably charged the full 4 BD as well for the pleasure of squeezing into a car with us.

They upgraded me on my arrival from standard room to Deluxe but seems the condition of Bathroom was pathetic. Also Bath Towel were toned.

The renovated rooms is nice.

We weren’t able to use the pool twice our stay. First one was, cleaning the pool during weekends! (Which really disappointed me as i think usually guests checkin during weekends. My daughter was very disappointed that time. Our next stay was, the pool was very dirty, and it smells like we are dipping in chlorine. The shower/water supply went off, not only once while we are taking a bath, it took few minutes to come back. The shower temperature is very hot! I already complained during our last stay, but it is still the same yesterday.

The Hotel is completely under renovation and right from morning 6 am drilling starts , didnt understand why they kept the hotel open for public

Cleaniness, comfortable, and kindness of hotel staff If you are looking for fine hotel room with reasonable fees it would be one of the best option you could take. Also room service was high standard.. I'll visit again soon

Comparing to the other things wifi signal was very bad and I could not help using my own hot spot to use my electric devices. and also room service men was quite inhospitable and his talk made me uncomfortable.

I would like to end on a good note: the location, and the bed, which was quite comfortable, are things I liked.

1. Didn't get a heads up before arriving that they are doing MAJOR renovations that will DRAMATICALLY effedt your sleep in the morning. Just would have been nice to know prior to showing up as that would have given me a chance to make other arrangements. 2. Can't charge things to your room. Why have a credit card on file and not be able to charge things to one's room? Just makes no sense to me. Another thing that would be nice to know before booking. Just saying. 3. Ordered apple pie with vanilla ice cream and it was far from delicious. The ice cream had that frozen too long tase to it. It wasn't soft and smooth like ice cream should be. 4. The pool is situated where you can't actually lay out to get a tan. I understand that it's Bahrain and it's hot, but if it's an outside pool have it placed where people can layout in the actual sun. 5. Wifi was very bad. When I asked about it they'd told me they'd check it out, then never got back to me. I inquired again, but nothing changed. 6. The air conditioning felt like it was on heat. Had to get the maintenance guy to fix it. 7. No refrigerator to store cold drinks.
